Scaling stories across a global streaming platform

Designing a modular system to help global campaigns move faster, without losing consistency.

Overview

Global streaming campaigns require dozens of assets across formats, platforms, and markets. Each piece needs to feel consistent, while adapting to different layouts, languages, and audiences.

At this scale, design is not just about visuals — it becomes a production system.

The Challenge

Campaign assets were being built manually for every format. Even when layouts followed similar structures, each version required rebuilding, resizing, and re-aligning elements.

As demand increased, production became slower and harder to scale, with a growing risk of inconsistencies across deliverables.

The Approach

Instead of designing individual assets, I focused on designing a system.

I built a set of reusable Figma templates with structured layouts, modular components, and auto-populated elements. Designers could input key campaign assets and generate multiple formats from a single source.

This shifted the process from manual production to scalable generation.

The Outcome

The template system improved asset handling speed by up to 40%, reducing repetitive work and enabling faster campaign production.

It also helped maintain visual consistency across global deliverables, allowing teams to focus more on creative direction instead of rebuilding layouts.

Reflection

At scale, design becomes a system.

By moving from isolated assets to reusable frameworks, creative teams can move faster while still delivering consistent and high-quality work.
