The interface lacked consistency, making it harder for users to quickly understand what was happening and what actions to take.

I worked on building a unified design system that connected onboarding, platform experience, and communication touchpoints.
This included defining UI components, improving layout structures, and introducing motion to guide user interactions and reinforce hierarchy.
