The challenge was to bring clarity to a system filled with complex workflows and fragmented information.

Users needed to track multiple service processes at once — requests, vendors, approvals, and updates — often across different properties.

The interface lacked consistency, making it harder for users to quickly understand what was happening and what actions to take.

I worked on building a unified design system that connected onboarding, platform experience, and communication touchpoints.

This included defining UI components, improving layout structures, and introducing motion to guide user interactions and reinforce hierarchy.

The goal was to create a cohesive environment where information felt organized and predictable.

The unified system improved usability and created a more consistent product experience across the platform.

This contributed to higher adoption rates for new users and improved conversion among prospective clients exploring the product.
